⚡ What happens when you submit

An offboarding is scheduled and, at the chosen time, runs automatically — securely and in the right order. We:

  1. Disable sign-in and revoke active sessions across Microsoft 365
  2. Convert the mailbox to shared and forward mail to a manager if requested
  3. Reclaim licenses and remove group & app access
  4. Arrange equipment return and confirm every step back to your team
